❓ How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Just send us the product name or screenshot, along with your name, address, and phone number.
❓ Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier services.
❓ What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE on orders above Rs. 4,000. Otherwise, a flat fee of Rs. 250 applies.
❓ How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location.
❓ Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer COD across Pakistan.
❓ Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery in case of defect, damage, or wrong product. Fabric must be unused and in original condition.
